"CLC has been a dream come true for our family. When we began looking at preschools for our son we knew we wanted a stimulating environment with loving teachers. What we found at CLC is more than we could have hoped for. Every day our son comes home excited to share what he has learned during the day. He is proud to show off his projects and to sing songs that he has learned in class. He has developed friendships with his classmates and loves participating in classroom routines. The most amazing aspect of CLC though has been the relationships he has developed with his teachers. They truly understand and appreciate him as an individual. We are so appreciative of the fact that he is able to learn surrounded by adults who care about him and who he grown to love. Furthermore, as a teacher I love that CLC follows the public school calendar. I enjoy having my son home with me over holiday breaks and summer vacation. "We came to tour CLC to see if it was a good fit for my preschooler for next year. We loved the small facility, the playground, all of the teachers were so welcoming and the children seemed to be having a great time. When we stepped in the Bluebirds classroom my child turned around and actually said, "Mama, I think we've found the perfect school for me." My son has been in the 2 year old Hummingbird class this year and he absolutely loves it! He comes home every school day with adorable arts and crafts projects, new songs and a big smile. He has learned social skills that are invaluable and has learned about colors, animals, jobs, seasons, and other important things. The staff is wonderful as well. Shannon, the director, is always helpful and his teacher, Mrs. Warren, and Ms. Lima are wonderful and caring. We even get emails once a week to tell us what they are doing/learning in class! My son also occasionally stays for the "lunch bunch" hour and Ms. Kasia always has fun things for them to do. He always gets excited when it is time to go to school and I know he is in great hands. CLC provides a positive and welcoming learning environment for students and families. My son has grown academically, personally, and socially from his experience at CLC. The caring faculty and staff create a safe and challenging classroom where each day brings new discoveries. The teachers provide guidance on how to incorporate what your child is learning at school with activities at home. Optional extra-curricular activities such as soccer, basketball and yoga are available for even more variety. My son has developed great relationships at CLC, and looks forward to learning and growing with his friends every day.
